401k vs IRA, budgeting, credit scores, student loans, building wealth from your first paycheck
Week 3
Communication Etiquette & Email
Professional writing, email etiquette, how to communicate with authority from day one
Week 4
Networking & Building Community
LinkedIn strategy, cold outreach, coffee chats, building a network that actually opens doors
Week 5
WTF Do I Want To Do?
Career exploration, identifying your path, cutting through the noise on what actually matters to you
Week 6
Organization, Time Management & Mental Health
Systems for staying on top of everything, protecting your mental health while building your career
Week 7
Your Look, Interview Prep & Elevator Pitches
Professional presence, how to walk into any room with confidence, nail the interview, own your story in 60 seconds
Week 8
Entrepreneurship & Building Your Business
Side hustle to LLC, founder mindset, how to build something of your own alongside your career
Week 9
Impact to Your Community — What Path Do I Take?
Giving back, finding your purpose beyond the paycheck, deciding what kind of leader you want to be

Build something real.

After 9 weeks of curriculum, fellows spend 2 dedicated weeks applying everything — building a project, preparing their presentation, and getting ready to show the world what they learned.

Apply what you learned to a real problem. Build something — a plan, a product, a business idea, a community initiative. This is yours.

Prepare Your Presentation
Craft a presentation that shows what you built, what you learned, and what you want to teach or share with the world.

Deliver your final presentation to mentors, peers, and the Inspo U community. Celebrate what you built and where you're headed.
