The backbone of the fellowship. You keep cohorts running smoothly — managing timelines, coordinating between students and mentors, tracking progress, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives on organization and loves seeing people grow.

You own our corporate relationships. Reaching out to potential sponsors, managing existing partner accounts, pitching Inspo U to companies that should be investing in our students. If you can build relationships and close, this role is yours — and you'll be a big part of how Inspo U funds its future.

You keep the Inspo U community alive between cohorts. Managing our Slack, organizing alumni events, building relationships with campus chapters, and making sure every student who goes through Inspo U stays connected. The kind of person who remembers names and makes people feel like they belong.

You tell the Inspo U story. Creating content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok that grows our audience, attracts students, and makes sponsors take notice. You understand what hits in the culture — you're not making corporate posts, you're making content that makes people stop scrolling and actually feel something.

You turn our events, sessions, and moments into content that moves people. Short-form reels for Instagram and TikTok, longer recaps, speaker series highlights — you know how to pace a cut, when to drop the music, and how to make a 30-second clip actually say something. Premiere, CapCut, DaVinci — whatever your tool, bring it.

You own everything technical at Inspo U. Building and maintaining the tech stack, advising on infrastructure, integrating AI tools, and making sure the platform scales as we grow. Whether it's Next.js, API integrations, automation, or system architecture — you keep the engine running. This is a high-impact role that shapes how Inspo U operates at every level.

You find the money that funds the mission. Researching foundations, government grants, and nonprofit funding opportunities — then writing the proposals that win them. If you can translate what Inspo U does into language that moves a grant committee, this role directly fuels everything else we build.
